Closeup Barda & Felipe FanMeet Raffle Promo

1. The Closeup Barda & Felipe FanMeet Raffle Promo is open to consumers residing in the Philippines only. 

2. To be eligible for the contest, the participant must be at least 12 years old and above. 12-17 year olds must have their entries submitted by their guardian representative and accompanied by their guardian at every stage of participation. 11 years old and below are not eligible to join.

3. By submitting a valid entry, the participant agrees that s/he grants UNILEVER (or any of its authorized partners or personnel) the right to collect their data for communication and coordination purposes with winners. Further, by joining and participating in the promo, participants confirm, agree to, and acknowledge that he or she has read the full mechanics of this promotion and agrees to abide by its terms and conditions and Unilever’s privacy policy. 

4. PRIZE: There will be 30 winners of exclusive Meet and Greet with Barda and 20 winners of exclusive Meet and Greet with Felip.

5. Prize shall be redeemed during the one-day Meet and Greet event to be held within Metro Manila on May 17, 2025, final details to be disclosed by Unilever Closeup upon reaching out to winners. Responsibility* on transportation, flights for residents outside Metro Manila, and other relevant costs lies upon the winners.  

*Should logistical delays or personal reason of winner/s interfere with the event schedule, there will not be a rescheduled date for prize redemption; proxies won’t be allowed. 

*Should the winner/s be under 12 he/she should be accompanied by a guardian and will count as 1 prize.

1. Participants must purchase any  Closeup product from any of the following stores with an official and valid receipt as proof of purchase with name of store clearly shown on the receipt. One single receipt, one entry. Receipt must be readable and of acceptable quality, to be assessed by Unilever and FDA representatives.

2. Participants must fill in all the required fields and upload the valid receipt as proof of purchase at Register - Meet Barda and Felip | Closeup

 within the promo period. Deadline of submission of form is May 5, 2025  11:59pm. 

3. Participants will receive an email notification upon successful submission of form, which confirms an entry to the draw.

1. Raffle draw will happen on May 7, 2025, under the supervision of an FDA representative. Entries of all winners are subject for validation and assessment.

2. PRIZE Winners will be announced on May 9, 2025 in Closeup’s Facebook page @closeup.ph. Winners will be contacted through SMS via the contact details provided on the form and should be able to confirm redemption within 2 days. Non confirmation at the end of the second day will automatically result to be forfeiture of the relevant prize. 

3. Winners need to submit a valid ID to confirm redemption. Mismatched details to the form will nullify the entry. 
*12-17 year old winners will be contacted via their guardians, based on information supplied in the form. Guardian/s will be asked their valid ID to ensure he/she is of legal age to accompany and supervise the minor.

4. Winners cannot bring any companions to the venue. Only 12–17-year-old winners are required to bring 1 companion/guardian.

The following are not eligible to join:

1. Employees of Unilever or any of its related partners for this promo, their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity and any other party who are directly involved in organizing, promoting, or conducting the promo. 

2. Entries that are made before and after the promo period, as well as non-compliance to any of the mechanics, will be nullified. This includes receipts uploaded in more than one entry, falsified receipts, and other related occurrences.

3. Unilever reserves the right to verify registration of participants and the validity of entries sent. All decisions made by the sponsors with the concurrence of the FDA representative are final. No correspondence will be entertained.
